Good morning everyone… The last month the Pale Chanting Goshawks are building nests and are mating again. We caught this one having a little Sociable Weaver snack on a nest! This is generally a rather quiet bird, but during the breeding season the male makes a series of tuneful whistling calls. They also eat a variety of vertebrate prey, mainly lizards, but also small mammals and birds, like Sociable Weavers! Enjoy and see you tomorrow!
